About Ka'imi
Ka'imi La Vine, PMHNP (He/Him, They/Them)
I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to mental wellness through culturally grounded, inclusive care. As a kanaka maoli (Native Hawaiian) and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring a holistic perspective that integrates traditional Hawaiian values with contemporary psychiatric treatment. After years in high-acuity inpatient psychiatric nursing, I founded this private practice to offer what hospital systems often cannot: unhurried connection, affirming care, and personalized treatment plans that center your autonomy and well-being.
